For those wishing to provide their own photographs, they can be digital images (emailed) or conventional prints, but must be suitable quality to see details of eyes and hair.

Please contact me if you would like some advice on acceptability.

Photographic prints will normally be returned with the painting, cartoon or illustration.

To arrange meetings for sittings or photographs, please contact me.

Poses, backgrounds, size, and medium will be agreed before undertaking the work and any major changes requested during the painting process may incur additional cost to your painting.  I will be happy to make recommendations on any of these aspects.

Costs are approximate as they vary according to nature, size and medium, so may be subject to change during the painting process. Please allow a 15% leeway on original quote.

On agreement of pose, size, medium and quote, please confirm your order by email.

Delivery may be between 3 to 5 weeks for paintings, but quicker for other services.  I will contact you on completion and arrange the most appropriate method for delivery. 

Payment can be made by cash on delivery.  Cheques are acceptable with due consideration to cheque clearance.
